Finding yourself inside an agricultural holding, you will have to taste our land’s typical products.
Starting this year, we have decided to significantly reduce the use of industrial products. Our dishes, then, follow the seasons’ flow, and are made with barely manipulated ingredients, which we buy from local producers.
The breakfast buffet is open from 8 am to 10 am. Our member of staff, Tina, will be there to greet you and serve you coffee and other hot beverages. Every day, at the buffet table, you will find homemade cakes, cookies, jams and dried fruit spreads, along with fresh bread and seasonal fruit.
Savory tastes’ lovers will find local cold cuts and cheeses, and freshly prepared omelets. To those who suffer from food intolerances, we offer plant milk and gluten-free products.
Our housemaker Nunzia, born and raised in town, makes dinner every evening, bringing with her all the experience of a woman who can work the land and who treats ingredients as people used to do in the past. We offer simple and ancient flavours dishes in a weekly menu that varies according to the season.
A history of Sicilian fragrances, colours and flavours
Since 2015, the restaurant also plans birthday, graduation, Holy Communion parties and all you wish to celebrate. Our vineyard is certified organic, we do not use pesticides, and we pay great attention to the animals and wild birds’ survival. In our estate, it is easy to run into rabbits, foxes, and hedgehogs, and it is also possible to still catch sight of some birds that are uncommon today, like the hoopoe and the great spotted woodpecker. We produce our own fruits and vegetables too, therefore they are cultivated without any use of pesticides.
The restaurant has two cosy and fully furnished sitting rooms; during warmer seasons, instead, tables are set outdoors, furnished with canopies and rural elements, which allow guests to taste our restaurant dishes, while enjoying a magnificent view.
